Step 1

A)  New registrants – Click on the “Online Store” tab in the Online Scheduler section
B)  Select your service from the drop-down menu
C)  Select your rate (Please note the New Special rate of $75 per month, month to month with a six month minimum term) and click “Make Purchase”.

Step 2

Verify your total and click “Create a Login” if this is your first time registering. Follow the steps to purchase!

Step 3

Please read and submit your electronic signature on the online Chicago Fitness Coach Liability Form.
